A Remembering Of What Was Never Lost
Sovereign Soul Sisters retreats are created as spaces to step out of pace and expectation, and into a slower, more intentional way of being together. They are not designed to fill your days, but to open them — allowing room for reflection, conversation, rest, and the subtle remembering that happens when women gather with presence and care.
Each retreat is shaped by place, season, and the women who come together within it. Time is held lightly, with a balance of guided moments and unstructured space, so insight can arise naturally rather than being driven or forced. Whether through journaling, shared meals, quiet walks, or simple conversation, the experience unfolds in a way that feels organic and deeply human.
What makes Sovereign Soul Sisters retreats different is the way they are held — with respect for individual rhythm, personal sovereignty, and the wisdom each woman already carries. These gatherings are not about becoming someone else, but about softening back into yourself, supported by connection, nature, and a shared sense of belonging.
Alongside retreats, Sovereign Soul Sisters offers a range of ways to stay connected and supported throughout the year. These include in-person workshops, small online gatherings and circles, guided Zoom communities, and a shared space here on the site where sisters can reflect, connect, and walk alongside one another.
Workbooks, journals, courses, and thoughtfully created offerings extend the work gently into everyday life, allowing each woman to engage in ways that feel aligned, accessible, and true to her own rhythm.
